Kathryn Pinkham

K3-288x300My name is Kathryn and I operate from the Nottingham based treatment centre for the Insomnia Clinic. I am passionate about the treatment of insomnia without the use of drugs and believe anyone can overcome sleep problems with the correct treatment.

I graduated in 2007 with a masters degree in counselling, I then went on to work for various organisations offering therapeutic support with my last position being part of the Psychological Wellbeing Team within the Nottingham NHS IAPT service.

Throughout my career I have become a highly skilled Insomnia Specialist, helping countless adults to deal with a variety of sleep issues and achieve a sound night’s sleep. My methods are clinically proven and follow a step by step approach which not only helps you to achieve a good night’s sleep, but also to adopt long-term behaviour so sleep will not be an ongoing issue in your life.

My qualifications include:

  • MA Counselling Studies
  • Post Graduate Cert in Psychological Therapies
  • BA Hons in Human Services

I am a member of the following professional bodies:

  • British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)  
  • British Sleep Society
  • UK Health Centre Register

In addition to this I also receive regular supervision with an accredited BABCP therapist.

Tammy Ridlington

My name is Tammy and I operate within the Bristol & Bath treatments centres for The Insomnia Clinic.

I have been working with the NHS for the last 6 years in primary care for mental health. Throughout my career I have worked across a variety of NHS trusts as a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist which included practicing CBT for insomnia.

I have helped a wide range of adults deal with common mental health problems including anxiety and depression, many of which also had issues around sleep and insomnia.

I am passionate about helping people achieve good quality sleep without the use of drugs and this method delivers long-term sustainable results.

I am a member of the following professional bodies:

  • British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP)  
  • British Sleep Society
  • UK Health Centre Register

I also supervise other psychological wellbeing practitioners.
