But what does this have to do with sleep? Restless legs is different to that jumpy feeling we get when we are trying to fall asleep, you know when you feel like you have fallen off a cliff! Restless Legs is when there is rhythmic moving of the limbs and arms during sleep but in clusters throughout the night.
