In the last booklet we gained a bit of an insight into sleep and how sleep works. We looked at the pattern of sleep and the things that might disrupt that pattern and lead to insomnia. We discussed the vicious cycle of insomnia and learned a bit about how good sleep hygiene can be used to begin to break some of those bad habits that keep the cycle going.

In this booklet, we're going to be taking the next steps towards taking control of our sleep routine and we're going to do it by introducing a process known as Sleep Restriction.
