Is It Too Late to Cure My Insomnia?

If you have struggled for a long time with your sleep, you are probably fairly sure that nothing is going to help you.

In fact, you have probably spent hours online researching how to sleep better.

You've no doubt read articles from sleep experts, tried lots of different approaches, techniques and maybe even bought some of the products. And nothing has worked. You're still stuck in the cycle of insomnia.

However, I’m here to tell you it’s NEVER too late to cure your insomnia.

But why should you listen to me above the rest?

My name is Kathryn and I'm an Insomnia Specialist and former psychological practitioner in the UK's NHS and I've spent over 15 years working with clients to improve their sleep.

I know first-hand how Insomnia and poor sleep affect everyday life but there is a treatment which works, and it is my mission to help people understand what they can do to take control back of their sleep.

I say this not to try and convince you to work with me but to help reassure you that I am qualified and experienced in helping people who feel just like you.

So, if you feel like you've run out of options then know you are not alone.

My client Jenny felt the same, but after we worked together, she now finally feels in control after just 5 weeks.

Jenny says…

“I’ve spent a decade struggling with my sleep, and this is the first time I’ve felt in control of the situation. I’m 5 weeks in and so far, I have not had a sleepless night, which I used to regularly.”

My client Helen was also worried that nothing could fix her sleep. However, after 40 years of poor sleep, since working with me she now has no problem sleeping.

Helen says…

“I joined the course last year thinking I’d give it my best shot but not expecting much after 40 years of poor sleep. I was so wrong! I now have no problem sleeping.”

She said the course can be tough, but IT WORKS and has TRANSFORMED her life.

It doesn’t matter how long you have struggled with sleep for or even how severe it is- anyone can improve their sleep with the correct tools and support. The real question is - are you prepared to put in the work? Would you stick with it if you knew you’d get the same results? If yes, then let’s do this.
