Sleep Well &
Perform Better.

Poor sleep affects more than well-being. It can impact concentration, decision-making, productivity, absence, motivation and how people feel and function at work.

The Insomnia Clinic helps organisations understand the impact of poor sleep and provides evidence-based support and treatment for employees who need it.

Poor sleep is affecting your workforce

Sleep problems are common, but their impact at work can easily go unnoticed. Poor sleep can affect concentration, decision-making, mood and performance, and contribute to presenteeism and absence.

27%
of employees reported experiencing sleep problems in the previous 12 months.

60%
of workers said lack of sleep had made them less able to concentrate at work.

75%
of employees in one of our workplace pilots said poor sleep had made them feel they should take a sick day, but still went into work.

The Sleep Suite

We help organisations understand where the problem is, provide effective support at scale and offer specialist treatment for employees who need more.
