Natasha is cognitive behavioural psychotherapist accredited with the BABCP (British association for Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies).
Natasha has over 15 years experience of working in mental health and psychological services. Her back ground is in mental health nursing and she currently has her own private CBT practice. She has experience of working with a wide range of difficulties but has a particular interest in sleep difficulties. Natasha is passionate about using CBT for insomnia and looks forward to working with you.
