We are a team of qualified Insomnia Specialists, trained to help adults manage a variety of sleep problems and achieve a consistent night sleep. We never promote the use of drugs to obtain healthy sleep, instead we use cognitive behavioural therapy specifically developed for insomnia.
If you are unable to visit, or are not located within travelling distance to any of our treatment centres, we also offer online sessions via Skype.
Conducted completely within the comfort of your own home, we will deliver the same step by step process to tackle any issues surrounding sleep you may have.
